Perth Newborn Photographer – McCulloch
From Nancy’s first email enquiring about maternity and newborn photos, I could tell we would get along! She is from Germany and her husband, New Zealand and they were expecting their first baby. In stereotypical German style, Nancy contacted me way in advance to organise her photo shoots! After talking through options, Nancy chose to have her maternity shoot in the ‘golden hour’ before sunset at Trigg beach. On the day of their shoot I received a call from Nancy to say that we would have to re-schedule as they have been evicted from their homes due to a local bush fire! Fortunately, the blaze didn’t reach their homes and all was well. They say everything happens for a reason and, you could say that here as the re-scheduled shoot was perfect. Here, I met her husband Andrew and the pair of them were such good fun and game for a laugh. I love how their photos turned out.
A couple of weeks later Nancy & Andrew welcomed their beautiful daughter Lara into the world. A petite little girl weighing in at only 6lb 4oz – soooo cute! Nancy’s mum travelled over from Germany to meet her new Granddaughter and this allowed me to practice some of my school learnt German. Who am I kidding? I could write the amount I can remember these days on the back of a postage stamp
Nancy, Andrew & Lara, I am so glad that our paths crossed and I was able to meet you both as a couple and now as a young family. I look forward to seeing Lara grow through the obvious love you have for each other and with your special little girl.
